Babs Horton is a novelist and playwright. She has extensive experience working with the NHS and education sector and has worked with, among others, Yeovil Hospital, Paper Arts Bristol and the National Mountain Sports Centre. She delivers lively workshops at which clients learn to create persuasive, informative, dynamic writing that helps them create a positive brand, write clear, concise mission statements and reports, or add professional polish to documents and websites. She was an RLF Fellow at the University of Plymouth. She has also run immersive writing workshops in academic and creative writing and been a teacher, university lecturer and writing mentor for young people.
