Heather Dyer has delivered writing workshops and worked as an in-house writer and editor in the corporate and public sectors. Her clients include North Wales Police, Kirklees Council, the Workers’ Education Authority, and others. She has also worked as a technical writer for a software company. She has also worked as a technical writer for a software company, and she specializes in helping people express complex ideas clearly and concisely. Heather has a doctorate in creative non-fiction and has been an RLF Writing Fellow at Worcester University, Cardiff Metropolitan University, and Aberystwyth University. She is an RLF Consultant Fellow and a tutor for the Open College of the Arts, and has published several highly praised books for children.
