Lucy English is a spoken-word poet and novelist, who has run workshops for many charities and organisations. She specialises in showing clients how to boost their website presence and social media profiles, and is passionate about helping organisations and their staff to express themselves more effectively. She has a hands-on, energetic approach to her workshops and training sessions. Lucy was an RLF Fellow at Swansea University for six years and at Cardiff for two years. Her publications include three novels and two collections of poetry. She is a Reader in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University and an RLF Consultant Fellow.
